Policy Report: AI in Eight Pages

I supported the development and rollout of this policy communication tool through:

• Strong project management to keep our team and two external partners in sync during development.

• Product development support, including reviewing and editing 10 versions and collaborating with the authors, partners, and designer to ensure a smooth process of finalizing the report.

• Strategic development, under tight timeframe, of a comprehensive promotion kit which included a press release and media engagement tracker; promotion assets for social, web, and in-person events; a web page for the report.

• Briefing support through targeted materials, including printed copies of the report, an executive summary document, and business-card size promotion cards for easy sharing.
